NYS Elks Convention

The Raffle was attended by NYS Elks State President Bill Reedy, Tim Kelly,PDDGER, at Kessler, PDDGER, Ernie Charleston, PSVP, Dollie Gandron, PER, and Larry Gandron, PER, owner of Simply4History. Flag display winner Patrick Kessler (Rome Elks Lodge #96) indicated the display will be donated to a school within the Rome, NY area.

Simply4History owners Larry and Dollie Gandron provided a 46” x 63” “America is Freedom” flag display to be raffled off while attending the 2016 NYS Fall Elks Convention in White Plains, NY.

A donation of $530 is presented to Tim Kelly (Watertown Elks Lodge #838) and Ernie Charleston (Potsdam Elks Lodge 2074) in support of Fort Drums USO Program.
